Jeff is a qualified general manager whose experience spans over 29 years working to assist small to medium sized organisations in strategic planning, organisational development including governance and compliance, and administration systems. Jeff’s early experience includes working with some of the largest public companies in Australia.
In undertaking consultancy roles for clients, Jeff has been responsible not only for design of organisational solutions, but often he has been appointed to implement the change management process, including ongoing staged reviews of outcomes against the Board’s strategic map.
In designing client solutions Jeff’s multi-disciplinary skills have spanned management, operations, sales, administration, marketing, structural and strategic areas. Today, Jeff works to develop SME's through new growth stages past the limits that many small business operators find themselves in today. Boxed in and often cash strapped, knowing they need help, but not knowing who out there they can trust to respect their business. Jeff's a good man to have on your side.
Previously, Jeff’s focused on assisting the non-profit sector bringing competence and professionalism to its governance, management and administration (1996 to 2005). In pursuing this service, Jeff has also designed training solutions for boards and administration staffs. From inception, to incorporation to fulfilment of mission, Jeff successfully assisted over 500 non-profits organisations in that 10 years.
Jeff also delivers business training for organisations and individuals in the Australian Government’s Front Line Management Initiative. Non-profit specialisations developed include that of non-profit FBT issues and DGR applications and ATO required Compliance Audits; often involving sub-contracting to Audit firms to review compliance in these areas.
